| • | Product must be in its original packaging unopened. |
| • | Can be returned for merchandise credit only, minus a 25% restocking fee. |
| • | Because some of these products have a shelf life, all exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. |
| • | Customer must contact Dynatone for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. |
| • | As all laminates and leathers are cut to size, these materials cannot be returned. |
